据信息资源网  近日,现代钢铁公司浦项厂特钢业务部通过自主研发,构建智能化精整生产线,提升特钢产品质量和生产效率。

为了更加灵活地应对客户对特钢质量的要求,现代钢铁浦项特钢业务部大力推进特钢精整生产线的升级改造,通过自主研发,不断优化生产体系。现代钢铁公司此次对特钢生产线进行升级,主要对1号和2号精整生产线进行了改造,同时关停了3号和4号精整生产线,由此整合了现有生产线。全新构建的精整生产线具备年产35万吨特殊钢的生产能力,超出了原有1号和2号精整生产线25万吨的总产能。与此同时,现代钢铁公司通过引进优化后的装备技术,可以充分应对客户的多样化需求,在产品质量方面也提升了竞争力。

Modern Iron and Steel Company upgraded the special steel production line, mainly modified the No. 1 and No. 2 finishing lines, and shut down the No. 3 and No. 4 finishing lines, thus integrating the existing production lines. The newly constructed finishing production line has an annual production capacity of 350000 tons of special steel, exceeding the total production capacity of 250000 tons of the original No. 1 and No. 2 finishing lines. At the same time, through the introduction of optimized equipment technology, modern iron and steel companies can fully respond to the diversified needs of customers, and enhance their competitiveness in product quality.

值得一提的是,该精整产线最突出的特征就是智能化,主要是通过传感器和大数据等手段,实现对设备的智能化控制,通过与设备供应商进行技术合作,构建了高速矫直机,倒角机通过倒角状态和砂轮传感器实现自动化控制,有望显著提升品质检查的准确度和生产效率。在表面缺陷检查系统和内部缺陷检查系统上也采用了自主开发的设备,由此提高了检测的精密度,这些系统目前正在申请相关专利。另外,成分分析、捆扎机和标签机等大部分设备也实现了智能化。通过生产线智能化升级改造,并对检查过程中所有质量数据进行收集整理,现代钢铁公司浦项厂特钢精整生产线可以及时处理生产过程的各种信息,由此进一步提升特钢产品的竞争力。
